We document what the machine is, its condition and how it comes out of the building, so buyers can price it without a site visit. A visit is arranged only if you agree to one.
A machine record, not a listing
Guided photography, nameplate data, condition notes and an access and removal survey are collected up front, so a buyer can price the machine from their desk.
Questions and evidence on request
Buyers can ask questions and request specific proof — the machine running under load, a close-up of product-contact surfaces, the exit route measured. We pass it on anonymously.
A viewing when it is warranted
Once a buyer has an offer on the table, we arrange a live video walkthrough, or a site visit where the seller agrees to one. Never before, and never unannounced.
